CONFERENCE EXHIBITION 2025

The 12th CIGRE Southern Africa Regional Conference will take place at the CSIR International Convention Centre in Pretoria from the 14tht to the 17th of October 2025.

The conference will provide a platform to deliberate on this years’ chosen theme: Changes required for a sustainable power system in the energy transition in Africa.

These discussions will be between representatives from power utilities, system operators, regulators, manufacturers, suppliers, universities, standardizing bodies, research laboratories and authorities.

Expectations are that approximately 350 delegates will attend with more than 20 exhibition participants. The associated exhibition represents an excellent opportunity for product promotion directly to key decision makers on the sub-continent and further afield. For maximum exposure, the exhibition hall will be the location for all tea/coffee breaks and networking lunches. It is thus fully integrated with the other conference activities. A plan of the layout is attached. A shell scheme will be provided and each stand equipped with one plug point and two spotlights, a café table and two café chairs

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR PASSES

R3 500.00 per person

For additional staff manning the booth, who do not wish to register as conference delegates and attend the sessions, an “Exhibitor Only” registration at a fee of R3 500 is available. This includes the costs of lunches and teas for the three days. Please note that this rate does not include the Gala Dinner.
